Lower Sodium Soul Food:
I hate removing salt from my diet. Hate it hate it hate it. But I saw something on the shelf called "Sensibly Seasoned" green beans and tomatoes okra and corn. I'm also a vegetarian, so I thought ... sure, I'll try it.
OMG! Really, it is wonderful. You can eat canned vegetables again and never miss the salt. Try it. It's GREAT.
