Great experience the men that came to the house were very professional. originally booked for a 99$ special but after speaking with the man had the couches cleaned and protected, everything cleaned up wonderful and not a bad price for all the work, all in all very happy and would definitely recommend

Responded to the $99 solicitation. Needless to say I was charged $160 for an absolutely horrible job. The carpets were so soaked that it took more than three days to dry. Called to complain and was treated the same - RUDE AND HORRIBLE !!!!!
Don't waste your money with them STICK WITH SEARS !!!!!!

This company is very unprofessional. Total rip off. Cleaned 3 rooms and hallway in 30 minutes - did a horrible job. Was supposed to be the $99.00 special, but added charges totaling $189, wanted to get paid during service. Once they received the money, they packed up their stuff and said they were done. Called to complain, but they didn't like what was said to them and hung up. Tried calling them back, but they did not pick up phone - will report them to the BBB!!!
