Jrb526 has problems with the truth:
I done a service call on his home for a condensate leak. . I found the coupling on the pan was loose and water draining to the ceiling. So i tempararily resolved the problem and informed the JRB that i would return tommorow. As i left the home i called the warranty company to inform them and get authorization to repair the pan. They informed me that secondary pans were not covered on his warranty. So i returned to the home to inform him the call was not covered...So i asked the JRB if h e wanted to pay for the part. Thenwe went outside to see if the drains were working and BOTH drains had more than usual drainage. I tok the JRB i would like to inspect his system in further detail. I put my guages on hid outside unit and the high side was 40 degrees above ambient for a HIGH EFFICIENCY unit which should have been 10 DEGREES. So I inspected the coil and low and behold it was plastered with pigeon pup all around it. I called the warranty company they refused the call for lack of maintenance. He understood IT WAS PLASTERED with dodo, and to clean this one would have taken about 3 hours to do the job correctly without damaging the heat disipator fins. Thats were 200 came in but that was negotiable and he said he would clean the coil himself. The footprint the JBR was 10 feet to the right of the ceiling access the unit was located 10 feet to the left of the access. So after i left i realized the ceiling just couldn't take the water damage anymore and finally bubbled. I felt JRB was just looking for a reason to have his house remodeled and was best to stay away! During my service call the JRB was telling me how many other tech friends he has services his a/c in the last few months!!!!!!!!!!well JRB why did they not find the problem of your system SWEATING PURRFUSELY do to the pigion dodooooooooooooooo.

Bad Experience would be an understatement:
This company is a joke. They came to fix some condensation/leaking in our AC unit up in the crawl space of our house - we had water leaking through the ceiling. This guy arrived, and asked to borrow our ladder since he didn't have the proper equipment to get himself into the crawl space, and when he did get up on the ladder, he left footprints on our hallway walls to do so. He did a half a@s job of "fixing" the problem, assuring us that it SHOULD do the trick. Then he left, and came back 5 minutes later because he forgot to check something. In the process of that, he wanted to charge us $200 to clean the inside of our unit of any dirt or debris when we had gotten a quote from another reputable company of $35 for the same thing. The only reason we didn't hire the other company is because they are not contracted with our home warranty company. Go Green Envi is, which doesn't say much for our home warranty company either. Anyway, after quoting us the $200, we told him we were done and he could leave. Right before that, we noticed he had put his foot through our ceiling when he was in the crawl space earlier!! He claimed he didn't notice he'd done it. Yeah, sure. So, he said he would get his buddy who did drywall repair to take care of it for us. Didn't take pictures of the damage or anything before he left, and we have heard nothing from him since. All phone calls and text messages have gone unanswered and unreturned. Not to mention that the only phone number listed on the company website is the tech's cell phone number, which leads us to believe that this "company" is just one person with no claims department or insurance. We paid him the $65 for the service call initially, and now we will be out the money to have the ceiling damage repaired. This company is not registered with the BBB, nor do they have an ROC#. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
