New owner awful:
I shipped a package to Germany with Goin Postal and it was an awful experience. I was told the package would arrive by a certain date and a week later it hadn't arrived yet. I called the store who told me it was sitting in German customs. Another few days go by and the package still hadn't arrived. Come to find out they put the wrong postage on the box and I had over $100 in fines to pay in Germany for my $50 gift to arrive. I called Goin Postal and was told they were going to investigate and get back to me. I never heard back so I called again, was told the same thing and never heard back.
I own a business and used Goin Postal alot until it was sold to a new owner. With the new owner the customer service has gone down, the lines are longer, and they don't even send
