My mother had an old ring that she left me along with some other jewelry. This ring was unusual as it had a huge purple stone in it and was made of 14kgold. It dated form the 1940s or 50s. They were willing to pay 350.00 for it. I thought that was a good offer. I am coming back next week with a few more pieces for them to appraise.
