Do NOT go here! Read the most recent reviews. It is terrible!!!! My daughter needed a choir dressed hemmed. I brought it in and my daughter got measured for the hemmed length, the lady said to come back the following Friday. I came back the following Saturday (9days later). She said she hadn't had time to get to it and for me to come back the following week. I came back the following week with my daughter to try it on. She handed me the wrong black dress. Luckily, my daughter was there and told me it was the wrong dress. It was black and long but that was the only similarity. We told her that wasn't it. She found my daughters dress and said she still hadn't had time to complete it. I came back 10 days later on a Wednesday, it wasn't done, she told me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and a half and she said that her machine was not able to do it and she would have to do it by hand and for me to come back on Saturday. She stated she was there at nine and there until 4 Saturday. My husband and I drove there at 230. there was a note on her door that she had a family event and had left for the day. I came back Monday at 10 am and again at 1PM. This was the day of my daughters choir concert, over a month after I originally dropped off the dress. Her doors were locked even though her hours said she should be open. I was so upset. My daughter had to borrow a different dress the day of her choir show from her choir teacher. I came back to Golds tailoring the next day and told the lady how unprofessional she was. She said she wasn't going to charge me.
Charge me?! For a dress that my daughter wasn't even able to wear for her concert? I told her id rather her charge me for something and have it done on time then what I had gone through. 7 trips to this store, for a HEM! i will never go back again and wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
