TERRIBLE service... TERRIBLE customer service, and VERY POOR attitude towards customers:
We ordered delivery last night at 6pm, the woman who took our order said the wait is 45 minutes... after 65 min we called to check the status, the woman said the driver was on his way and would be there any second. we waited another 20 minutes then asked if we could just pick up the food ourselves, the woman said no. she claimed the driver was in our apartment complex and to please just wait for him...

we waited a total of 2hrs and 14min for our food, the driver showed up with an attitude - the first words out of his mouth were "your food is hot, you pay full price" instead of "hi sorry i held your up dinner all night".

they refused to give us a discount, let alone a free meal. and to make matters worse they forgot 1/5 of our order at the restaurant!! when i asked where the rest of our order was they said i'd have to go to the restaurant to pick it up!!!

they tried to make excuses for being so late - they claim we are out of their delivery range (we're 7 min away... aprox 5.2 miles... and every week i come home to their menu on my door knob begging for us to order from them)

i understand fridays are busy, but they could have easily calmed the situation down dramatically buy simply accepting blame and offering an apology, rather than denying, blaming us for ordering delivery from 'so far away'... i guess it was also my fault that my pork and ribs are still at the restaurant (still!!)
