Established in 1973. Our practice has been serving the area since the 1970's. Originally located at 107 East Cook Street in downtown Portage, we were fortunate enough to be able to expand our facilities and relocate to 130 Henry Drive on the north side of town in 1998. For all that time, our commitment to providing quality vision care and exceptional service has remained strong. Whether you are a new arrival at our office or one of our long-time patients, we appreciate your trust in us and look forward to continuing to provide you with all of your primary eyecare needs.
