Worst customer service ever:
Spent over $100 on food for delivery... told it would take an hour (which seemed fair- we're only a couple miles away, but that's a lot of food), when it got here they hadn't sent any rice. We called to ask for the rice, and person answering the phone was very argumentative instead of trying to fix the problem (it's just RICE, it' s not like we claimed we were missing lobster! But rice is an important part of the meal!) Finally after 45 minutes we got 2 little containers of rice. I called back. Once again, instead of trying to fix the problem much more arguing, to the point of trying to tell me I'd received 2 quarts, and I was only owed 2 quarts and a pint, and could I read the bottom of the rice container to verify how much I received? (At this point they were arguing about $2.50 of rice) They admitted we didn't get all the rice we should have, yet were completely unapologetic. I kept getting put 'on hold', the entire time I could hear employees arguing about how much we got, they sounded angry, nasty, and completely disinterested taking care of me as a customer even though the restaurant had screwed up twice. The best they could offer me to fix the problem was 'next time I came in maybe I could get extra rice'. The food is good, but not worth dealing with bad customer service and horrible, unpleasant attitudes.
Love their food, haven't been there in a while but i hope its just as good.
