Great service - they know their stuff!:
I took my Fender Passport Pro to The Good Guys to have the USB jack replaced since it was still under warranty. Due to my gig schedule I had to request same-day service, which they provided! Took it in just after noon on a Friday and they called at about 4pm to let me know it was all fixed. They know their way around pro-audio / live audio repair and clearly love what they do. I plan to take other equipment to them for repair. Parking is tough though.

If I need it on a deadline they come through.
They ARE human, and not allways perfect, but they are the BEST HUMANS to lay hands on your gear if it's not working correctly.
The have mailed parts to me when I've
been on the road. They have saved my show TOO many times through the years.
