pollo de la brasa:
Too bad the old Cuban Chinese restaurants are all gone. This place fills that void though. It really is a takeout place and sitting down for meal is something to do only "on-the-fly."
The house specialty is rotisserie chicken with fried rice. They cut up a whole chicken and put it with a huge mound of fried rice with salad on the side. Enough for two or three people.
I also like teasing the owners' young teenaged daughter who takes the orders. I tell her about age appropriate English books and everyone appreciates that. She is tri-lingual and holds her own.
They have a full Chinese takeout menu to supplement the chicken. Their cousins have a similar place in Paterson. At lunch time the line is out the door there.
