They only want customers they can gouge:
After being a long time customer of about 7 years, the manager, Randy, no longer wants our business. My fiance was denied the use of her coupon for an oil change and was told that they will no longer be excepted from her. This was due to the fact that she never purchased any other services when she gets her oil changed. She told him that I was a mechanic and could take care of the items he recommended. Then he even went as far to tell her to have who ever else is maintaining the vehicle to start changing the oil. Then ask her if I knew how to do that since I can take care of the other items.
When she told me about this conversation, I called to talk to him and let him know if he no longer wanted her business that he will also lose mine. He didn't care and then hung up on me.
Between myself and my fiance, we had 4 vehicles but down to three now and a boat trailer that will need tires one day. We have made many purchases over the years, tires, batteries, had rotors turned, ect.
I am an aircraft mechanic by trade so it is true that we decline their recommendations when they are trying to upsale their services but always used them for oil changes when ever due. We have been loyal customers over the years and that relationship has now ended due the actions and arrogant behavior displayed by this manager.
I can't believe in todays economy that any customer would be taken for granted and dismissed the way we were.
