My Son who is local University had his car towed into a facility on 4/22/16, and he picked it up on 4/25/16. INVOICE TOTAL $581.48 the only thing they told him was that they were not able to align the car that well.... Really?
Upon taking possession of the car my son said it didnt feel right but felt that it was ok to drive based on the opinion the experts at this facility..... For the last month the car really hasn't been used due to the better weather & finals. My son drove 3.5 hours home this past Sunday having a horrible time keeping it on the road and & severe inability to engage the brakes. We took the car to our service station here and were told that my son was lucky he made it home alive!!!!!!! In addition when my son called yesterday to get a copy of the invoice they told him that he had never been there? After stating that he had a voicemail from someone there and called back asking for that person was he helped with the invoice?? My son was sent on the road in a deathtrap! The only thing they told my son over the phone was "We couldnt get it perfectly Aligned, so he said is it ok to drive or no? He replied yes you can come get it whenever, at which point he picked up the car & nothing was mentioned after that, when I picked up the car they just handed him the keys along with the invoice without any further information. Had they told him the vehicle was unsafe he would never have left the facility.

I am enraged that this facility would take such advantage of a vulnerable college student whom he & his parents trusted 100% only to be scammed and put in a life & death situation.....
and to top it all off they have offered us only 135.00 refund, the total to fix the car including two new tires due to their uncompleted/flimflam work. Our new bill is 1499.44 and the car is now safe to drive. I want a full refund plus the cost of the new tires. I will be happy to send you invoices if you are interested.
