They are not even worth 1 star! I bought their 12 mm film for my windows, because they advertised it as being so wonderful--easy to install, and that it would keep a window's glass from falling out, if someone tried to break in. I followed their installation instructions EXACTLY, and now that the film is on the windows, it looks TERRIBLE. There are bubbles in it everywhere, and they will not go away. When I emailed them and asked them for a refund, not only did they refuse to refund my money, they made several nasty comments to me. That film ruined my windows, as I cannot even get it off. My house is ruined as well. I am so angry that there are really no words to describe it. I pray they go out of business and go bankrupt.
