The Drs and staff at Governors Choice are so friendly and helpful. They have VERY affordable prices and always provide my pets with top notch care. They have been treating my pets for many many years and I've always been completely satisfied with the care and services provided. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Poor customer service. Gail (or Gayle) is unprofessional, abusive and completely ignorant to proper customer service skills. She is hateful and judgmental if using SNAP. Threatens to not return your beloved pet and calling you names, therefore creating a hostile environment. If this woman was caught acting this way in my business she would be fired so fast no matter how long or good her service in the past had been. Completely UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS MANNERS.

Dr. harmon is the best veterinarian I have been to since I have had animals and that is over thirty years. She is not in it for the money like a lot of other vets I have come across. She really cares about each and every animal and wants to do the best for them. Dr. Harmon keeps up to date on new things, she is very knowlegable and cares for her patients. She does what is neceassary and only what is necessary to care for the animals. I have a dog with several serious health issues, I had been to three vets and she was the only one who knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to make her better. Everyone else at Governors Choice is also very helpful, caring and friendly. Dr. Hudnel is also a vet there, she to is up to date, caring and she is one of few doctors that does orthopedic surgery because she wants to keep animals out of pain, not for the money. I would recommend anyone to take their babies to them.

i recently had my dog spayed here with a SNAP certificate, and the staff was great. They offered me bloodwork and many other services, but didn't make me feel bad because I couldn't afford anything else. They even offered to perform a tooth cleaning on my dog at a reduced rate since she was already going to be knocked out for the spay
