Awful:
I have had the worst customer service EVER with this company! This woman was very rude. Ever question we asked she snapped back a curt answer. She told us we had to order the shoes with the dresses so they could be dyed with the dresses, when the shoes came in they were not dyed and she had us call her friend to dye them (at an added cost). Then the alterations were to covered it the cost of the dresses and we were charged $35.00 for a hem.
When I called to complain she would not take my call and as of yet has not returned any of my calls. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
