This company isn't worth the money - you will probably get much more for free on craigslist. I would advise being wary of people who charge a lot for things you can probably easily get for free

My story is simple.

I had an appointement to see an apartment in Lexington through a local real estate agent taht charged a month rent $1250.

I called Grand Central And decided to sign up. an hour later i had an appointament to go look at the same unit i was suppose to see with the Broker but this time directly through the owner (among 3 othe appointaments they set up for me)

The result:

i loved the place and rented it and they daved $950 since i paid them $300 for the service.

I will use them again.
