Very Dishonest Business:
I took my ATV in for a valve adjust. They quoted me $99 and said it would be done the next day. A couple hours later they called me and said they ran into a problem and needed to pull the head cover to complete the service at 4x the original quote. I agreed. 4 days later they finished the repair and I picked it up . When I got it home I rode it for 5 minutes and discovered it had a massive oil leak coming from the cylinder head. I called the service department and they told me to bring it back and for $99 they would diagnose the problem (that they created). I took it to another shop in town and found out the Grand Prix mechanic forgot to put sealant around the spark plug hole and had over-torqued the head bolts causing damage to the head. When I called the service manager back at Grand Prix, he denied removing the cylinder head at all and even changed the invoice to back up his story. Problem is the service he claims they performed was $300 cheaper than what they charged me. I get that mistakes happen, things get missed. It's how a business corrects the mistakes that matters. Grand Prix will LIE to get out of fixing their mistakes. They generally do a good job, but if something goes wrong they will not stand behind their work at all. DO NOT take your ride to Gran Prix for service, they will not be honest with you if they make a mistake.

Very Dishonest please read first:
About a month ago I decided that I wanted a bike. I knew very little about the new sports bike.Just what I have read on the net and in magazines. I went in and I was jumped on by a sales man . Ok Thats ok told him I was just looking. He just kept following me around . I walked upstairs and was told they were all used bike, they were so many bikes up there that most seemed lik they were new. Another person asked if I had any question and he was just in a tee shirt I could not even tell if he worked there. I walked back down stairs. Again I was asked by yet another sales person wow three people in about 10 mins. I finally found a bike I was giving a price , then they wanted my name , phone number and said he would give me numbers. I said fine but thought it could not hurt.Came back and the number I was told was different and then they put all these fees and c@!p over $1000 more. The lady finace person came out and she was sayng all this stuff think just to hear herself. Said I wanted to pay cash and she just kept says I should finace it. I asked if there was any programs or discounts if they did my service there. She told me all this stuff it made my head spin. I asked the cost and she said she could not give that to me before I purchsed it. I said I was going home to think about it . So I left, went down to Fay Meyers and they had the same bike there it was over $2500 cheaper. There was no pressure to buy. I decided to buy from Fay Meyers. The sales person from GPMS called me three times in two days and the lady finace called me two times . Told them I bought from Fay Meyers and they wanted to know how much . I told them and they said that They could have done that , Why didnt they just give me a fair price first. I am very dissappointed in how they handled themself and the whole thing, I could tell every one DONT buy from GPMS they are a ripe off and talk fast so you dont understand what you doing just to confuse you. If you want a great place to buy a motorcycle GO to FAY MEYERS . They respect you there. Cheers

DO NOT buy from this dealer. They hide their "crating" and "handling" charges, until you've alrea...:
DO NOT buy from this dealer. They hide their "crating" and "handling" charges, until you've already signed most of the paperwork. It is also obscenely overpriced. I bought a scooter, on a whim, and my $2000.00 purchase price was tacked on with a $700.00 crating charge. They are very deceiving and dishonest. Do your window shopping there, and tell them that you'd rather purchase from ANY OTHER dealer. You will be happy that you did. You will be sorry, if you don't. Be warned.
