Grand Victoria Rose

The Rose Grand Victoria Inc is located at 1813 Avenue K in Plano and has been in the business of Wedding Chapel, Privately Operated since 1994.

We married there in 2002 and the lady was nice before paperwork was signed. After that she was pretty much uncooperative or just plain unreachable. When my husband got there, there was a dog running all over the house and it was jumping on him and my dress....with 30 minutes before our wedding was to start so he was already dressed. The site was HOT even though she had promised me that she would keep the AC on high. Our contract had us paying for a service staff...one to set up and clean during and after we left. There was no staff there whatsoever...only the lady herself and she did nothing. So my family and friends had to set up and then stay to clean. When I got back from my honeymoon, I tried to contact her about these problems and received no return phone calls or emails. Then, to top things off, I received an email from them asking them for a good review after the millions times I have tried to contact them. I replied back to the email with my problems and, OF COURSE, they did not reply back. So sad that my wedding memories had to include these people.
