Absolutely the worst experience. Granite paid for in full and they were quick to cash the check in February. IT'S NOW MAY 8TH and still no granite! They are totally unorganized, I'm stuck with a partial install, they came back to re-template, lost template, never call back, you have to keep keep calling and they never give you a straight answer. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

delivered dusty, then sealed with oil based sealer, this is very good. Now you need to sign off on product - DO NOT sign or pay the cash balance. YOU need to see the stone DRY to see the scratches and nicks! tell them to come back for final payment after you have time to check for scratches. best not to use this company, not worth the discount.

I had a four week family room/bar project that ran over by 8 extra weeks. Granite Kitchen and Bath came and installed their granite on CHRISTMAS EVE so that we could have our family Christmas day in our beautiful new room. The installers were to have the day off, and all the woman on the phone asked in exchange was to post a good review...so here it is! We had friends and relatives visiting from out of town and I was so happy that it was finished just in time... thanks to Granite Kitchen and Baths! The price was good and the granite looks fantastic.

orrible Business. We ordered granite from these people and it has been an absolute nightmare. We were given a quote and then when we placed the order they charged us 20% more and told us the quote was only an estimate. Then then showed up an hour and a half late to install the granite without so much as a phone call alerting us to the delay. When they arrived, the granite was chipped and cracked so we refused the delivery. They came back again a few days later (was old they were coming between 9 and 11 and they showed up at 5:30) to install the granite and had the SAME chipped cracked/pieces we refused the first time. We refused the delivery again and received a phone call saying they were refunding our money and did not want our business. CLEARLY they are not hurting in a poor economy so do yourself a favor and visit one of the many other granite places that will be happy to serve you. STAY AWAY!
