I don't know what the hell the 2 reviews are talking about but this place is great and i go there all the time the guy has great selection and he is friendly to all customers from what i saw i would fully recommend this place and also they are open till 12am and also have nice sitting lounge to sit and smoke

Start playin Taps.. Stick a fork in it.. this place is done. This place was once a nice place to buy and smoke a cigar. Under new ownership, this guy should have bought a dunkin dounts and not a cigar shop..He raised the prices above what is mandatory by law. Even then businesses were eating some of the cost to keep the customers. They have taken advantage to jack up the prices. I was used to and were friends with the old ownership and the change has been a loss. You are much better of buying cigars online. If i am forced to say something nice about this place. They do have extended hours

I was totally disappointed with Great Ash on my recent visit. I remember many times that I have stopped in with friends to pick up some 'gars. I would have been better off picking up a pack of Phillies at a gas station. The selection is terrible - where there used to be fresh boxes now contains empty boxes and open shelves. Upon my saying to the woman working behind the counter (who was completly rude), "You guys are sure out of a lot," my comment was quickly answered with a "Yea," like I was an idiot. Besides this, when I first walked in, there were two gangbanger thugs laying across the leather sofas watching tv. I don't know if I was more shocked that this was allowed, or if I was shocked by the hooks and piercings in their eyes, ears, etc. and hats on backwards, sideways, etc. I was depressed when I left the store because not only were the cigars I bought a complete ripoff and no name brands, but the store has changed so greatly that I will not be returning again.
