Never go to this place:
I would be humiliated and extremely embarrassed to have my name on the Dumont NJ location of this chain. The receptionist Yesenia has got to be the most unprofessional, disrespectful person I have ever come across in any store.
I walked in and asked if a coupon I received in the mail could be used for both myself and my son since we only received one in the mail and we were both customers. I was abruptly told no. I didn't like how I was spoken to and I proceed to say that you will be losing a sale then because my son would not be getting a cut then, and I would not be doing anything other than a cut.
As I was called to the chair this woman rolled her eyes at me ( in front of my son) and proceeded to bad mouth me to another customer in the store (again in front of my son). As I finished and paid, I wrote a note on the receipt for the store expressing that I didn't agree with their decision and I thought it was a bad business decision and proceeded to leave. My son in my defense told her not to roll her eyes and she proceeded to talk back to and disrespect a 12 year old boy and comment that she could "roll her eyes to whoever she wants". Outside he told me what happened and I returned to the store asked her name and words were shared.
I told her that I was going to contact Lisa the manager, she screamed she didn't care, call whoever you want. I told her she had horrible customer service skills and service. She continued to yell at me being harsh and disrespectful. I asked for a business card so I had the number. She refused to give me one but continued to try to belittle me by yelling and carrying on (there were other customers in the store too). I kept asking for a card and she refused. She continued to yell as I asked for a business card. She threatened me with the cops and claims I am no longer welcome there.
Seriously, this is how you treat your customers by talking back to a child and carrying on like a crazy person. Don't worry I won't be back and I will make sure that I carry this message on so everyone I know thinks twice before frequenting a business that degrades customers and worse than that talks back to and degrades children!!!
