Intent on giving the Windy City a detox, owners (and yoga instructors) Colleen and Elizabeth Murzyn, offer up fresh juice and organic coffee at this bright, corner storefront. Using locally sourced, organic, seasonal fruits and vegetables there are eight juices on the menu, along with a few sandwiches and made-to-order salads. Thought cleanses were just for LA freaks? Think again, Chicagoans.
