Mr. Palmer worked on my home and I've regretted it everyday. Not only did he not complete the job but 50% of what he did has to be re-done. Our 'new roof' leaks because the water and ice was not laid properly. Our new walls and ceiling have large cracks because he didn't tape and mud correctly. We now must hire and pay someone to strip and re-do our 'new roof' along with many many other things--including replacing forced hot air ducts he took down and never replaced properly.
