Ms. Schwartz is only providing a very small amount of information in regard to her case in the review. She only posted this review when we filed suit to get her to pay her outstanding bill. The case was resolved in her favor many years ago.

After fumbling her way through one leg of my child custody case she advised me to take my child and leave the state with my child even though I did not have custody. After spending hundreds of dollars on plane tickets I no sooner walked off of the plane than the Marshall called me and told me I would be arrested if I did not return. Prior to following her terrible advice I spoke to a reputable attorney who told me not to do this. When I told her what the other attorney said she replied "Is he your attorney, or am I?". I THOUGHT this bimbo knew what she was talking about, but apparently not...on so many levels and issues.

After returning she withdrew as my attorney siting conflict of interest because HER husband was divorcing her and had hired MY ex-husband's attorney. HOW WAS THIS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST?!?
This woman took my money (4K) and did NOTHING for me, THEN had the nards to sue me for unpaid attorney's fees! Of course after the statute of limitations was up for me reporting her misconduct to the Indiana Bar.

DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!!!!
