Not interested in dermatology:
I was also disappointed. I didn't get the feeling I was in a dermatologist office but rather a cosmetic surgeon. They seem more interested in erasing lines and growing eyelashes than real skin conditions. Also, they have the most inconvenient hours. I had two appointments, both of which I had to leave work early for because their idea of a "late" appointment is 5:00 pm! I had to go back the second time because they wouldn't talk to me on the phone. I had gotten a cream for my rash which wasn't working. I called to tell them it wasn't working and to see if they could call in a prescription for something else. They said I had to see a doctor. Only a week had gone by and nothing had changed so I didn't see why I had to go in to the office - other than for them to bill the insurance company! I have since found a dermatologist who seems interested in treating my condition.

Don`t waste your time. They won´t give you theirs.:
Not worth your time. I called on a Thursday and they gave us a Monday appointment. Even though she got their on time my daughter waited 1,5 hours. When the waiting room cleared out they then said she wasn`t in the system. When she finally saw the Dr. he gave her about 6 minutes of his time, gave her a few samples and a prescription and told her she needed to find a Dr. in California where she was moving in a month for college. I called to find out why she was not given an antibiotic and got the feeling from talking to the Dr. that since she wasn´t going to be a continuous source of income she wasn´t worth their time. When I asked about a referal in California I was told BY THE DR. that they weren´t a referal service. I was VERY disappointed with the Grekin Skin Institute.
