Do not recommend - worst customer service:
Would not recommend this company to anyone looking to hire them for a residential job. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with - I was hung up on by the woman who handles their scheduling and answers their phone when I called to complain again today.
Been in contact with them since August 2021 to do a blower application in our backyard. Reached out again in February this year to line up the services ahead of the season. Had several emails exchanged with the same woman referenced above, and I told her my plan to prep the site in May of this year. This involved paying thousands of dollars to kill down all vegetation in this location, plus haul in loads of topsoil for grading the area. She never indicated that this was an issue with timing for them. I was then told in early June that her trucks were all booked up and that they can't schedule anything until they complete their current jobs. Sent several emails between early June and early August, with zero response from them. Finally called again today to find out what's going on, and I was told that they wouldn't be able to do my job this year at all. After spending all of the money that we did to prep everything. Voicing this frustration to her on the phone led to her hanging up on me completely.
If you're a commercial customer, they'll fit you in with no problem. The only reason they're getting 1 star is because their product results are excellent. Business operations and scheduling are an absolute joke.
