I had my truck towed here after my son broke the oil pan on a chunk of concrete. Robert gave me a tour of the shop and told me what they were going to do. He then gave me a quote and explained the work contract that I signed. Got a phone call 2 days later that my oil pump had also been damaged in the accident and needed to be replaced. I was told that it was going to cost more but that the truck wouldn't run without the pump. I gave authorization and they replaced the pump. Got the truck back and it runs great! I haven't even seen a spot of oil in my driveway! Ended up costing more than the original quote but I'm glad they called me before doing the additional work. Very Satisfied!
