New Orleans style lunch fare:
They have muffeletas, a variety of po 'boy sandwiches, blackened catfish, fried chicken, gumbo, andouille sausage, beignets, red beans and rice, sweet potato salad, corn bread and a variety of jambalayas. A good place to go when you're nostalgic for the Big Easy.

This "super-casual" stall in the Fairfax Farmers Market is the "real deal", churning out gumbo, beignets and other "classic Cajun" treats that are so good, "you think you're in the Big Easy"; sure, critics fret over chow that's "nothing memorable" while citing "passable" outside seating, but for a "quick", inexpensive bite, it "hits the spot."
