Lesson learned. Do not go with lowest estimate. I had them install 4 large downspouts. When installers were leaving I asked if they need caulking as they didn't look like installed correctly, with openings. Sure enough it rained and gutters leaked badly. I called immediately over 3 weeks finally came back. They put a tiny bit of caulking on the top where installed to gutter. Still leaks, now I have to go buy caulking and do it myself. To top it off they had the nerve to send me a bill for 65.00!!! Thats they caulked areas not related to downspouts. I called office and advised DOWNPOUTS LEAK!!! Stay clear! Dont pick a company based on low estimate! Lesson learned!
