There is no customer service at all at this pharmacy.

They have employees who don't know how to actually use the phones, and I got disconnected once because one of them was trying to call the Round Rock Mall , and picked up the line I was calling in on. I guess the blinky light was exciting or something. When I said I was trying to call HEB and maybe something was wrong at the phone company, the employee said "oh no, I'm trying to call Round Rock Mall" And *CLICK* I was disconnected.

They've lost prescriptions I handed them 15 minutes earlier and stared blankly at me when I go to pick it up, and said "I just handed it to you!"

They have been unable to fill prescriptions that I handed them, because the doctor made a mistake, but don't bother to TELL me this until I spend 45 minutes shopping in their store.

They frequently lose call in refills, and you get to the counter and they never heard of you and make you wait. What's the point of calling in when it's hit or miss they'll actually fill the prescription?

This happens every time I've been there; they have never filled a prescription without a hitch, and given that I fill 4 prescriptions regularly every month, that's a rotten track record over the past six months.

Go to a real pharmacy like CVS, I don't like CVS so much, I liked Eckerd's before CVS bought them out, but these guys at this HEB are just clowns. I thought it would be convenient to be able to pick them up since I shop for groceries there anyway, boy was that a mistake.
