Radcliff Hare and Mike the owner of H&H Janitorial Supply referral:
Michael Eugene....(wouldn't give me his last name) Mike the owner of H&H Janitorial Supply referred Radcliff Hare to us to polish our marble floors in our home in Colleyville, Tx. Radcliff Hare told my husband while he was polishing our marble entry way floor that he could also refinish hardwood floors. Our son has a house in Ft. Worth that he has recently purchased that was built in 1927 and needed to have the hardwood floors refinished. Radcliff did not know what he was doing when he refinished the hardwood floors for our son and completely ruined the perfectly good hardwood floors. The floors had very deep long gouges scraped into the hardwood floor that Radcliff Hare had gouged that looked like two jaguars or lions were fighting on the hardwood floors. After trying to fix the gouges....which proved to be unsuccessful....Radcliff Hare stained the hardwood and the stain was considerably lighter in the room that he had tried to fix the gouges and didn't match up. We have taken a $3,800.00 loss on the floors that Radcliff Hare refinished that we are having to call in Masters flooring to follow in behind him to fix the hardwood floors for our son's house in Ft. Worth. Since then we have discovered that Radcliff Hare had never refinished hardwood floors before our son's house when he had told my husband he had and he knew how to refinish hardwood floors. I called Mike the owner of H&H Janitorial Supply company to explain the issues we had with Radcliff Hare and during the first phone call Mike the owner hung up on me and said for me to go fly a kite. I called Mike back and asked if he had hung up on me and he admitted it. Mike the owner of H&H janitorial said after finding out we owned our own business that the $3,800.00 loss shouldn't be that much money to us. I explained that our son paid the $3,800.00 out of his own money and yes the money meant a lot to our son. Mike the owner of H&H Janitorial Supply asked me what was I wanting him to do about the damage that Radcliff Hare had done to our son's floors....I explained to Mike that I would sincerely like for him not to refer Radcliff Hare to any other customer for any job ever again. At first Mike was not willing to do that request....he said that all our family did was buy cleaner from him that he made a $3.00 profit. I explained to Mike that I would call the Better Business Bureau if he would not agree to no longer give Radcliff to any of his customers as a referral. We would like to thank Masters flooring that Radcliff had contacted to come in to repair some of the hardwood floors that needed to have repairing and have helped us to get our son's floors back on the road to a professional refinish.
