Everyone is curtious, however, they do not follow through with phone calls when they say they will. They fixed my refigerator. It took three times and two repairmen to find the problem. It also took three days of waiting around, phone calls and the loss of a lot of food. Less then thirty days and it is going out again. I called, they said they would be out in the morning and didn't show. I called the office, she said she would check and call me right back. Didn't happen. I received a call around 2 pm and of course I wasn't home. They were suppose to show up this morning, Saterday, and again no show no call no nothing. No way to run a business.
