I first started going to the Hair Shoppe over 20 years ago in high school, but after having been gone for 10 years, I recently moved back to Grove City, and went right back to the Hair Shoppe, and now it offers affordable haircare for everybody, cuts, colors, perms, etc., and all of their stylists (Steve, Marianne, Kathy, Rita & Teresa) are VERY helpful, and they work in their own semi-private room, so you can hear the friendly buzz of people talking, without being stared at while having your hair cut or colored, etc.and literally every walk of life comes through the door, from families with kids, to the "cool looking" people to senior citizens! The Hair Shoppe is in a really unique "log cabin" in downtown Grove CIty, (there is plenty of parking beside & behind the shop) and that rustic "antique" environment is really comfortable inside too- but the services are VERY modern and friendly. I highly recommend The Hair Shoppe to anybody interested in getting GREAT service at GREAT prices... with none of the attitude! I now have a standing appointment again each month with my stylist, but I started as a "walk-in" customer at first.
