There's no real lot, so parking can be problematic. It's just a few feet from the Burke-Gilman Trail, so biking is sometimes the better option.

Located about a mile west of the Fremont Bridge, toward Ballard, this big, lively brewpub produces some of Seattle's favorite beers. In business for more than 25 years, Hale's has long enjoyed a loyal following. This is a good place to stop after a visit to Chittenden Locks to see migrating salmon.
