Hall's Culligan of Lincoln

We signed up for a two-year package plan. Now in month 24 we are receiving an additional bill for one month for whatever reason I am unsure. When I called them they told me it was for last month, which would have been the last month of our plan

We did not renew our plan, the person I spoke with tried to tell me that it would be beneficial to spend almost $500 a year because if they had to come out that would be $132 for a service call. If you do the math on that how that works out I pay $10 a bag for my salt when I get three bags every 3 months excuse me still doing the math, I am NOT ahead! she was very persistent to the point of almost being rude. I will never ever use Culligan again! They have the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced!! I would not refer them to anyone I know - friend or not
