My Dryer was working very poorly for months, not drying clothes and making a horrible screetching sound when turned on. I called around to other places for estimates on a repair and Hank's had the best price on labor. The Customer service was great on the phone, walking me through my options and when Hank came out to pick up my machine, he helped me to understand what the exact problem was instead of treating me like some dumb girl. My dryer was back in 4 hours and has been runing great since ( 5 months ago ) I also got a new dishwasher from them and was very please with how fast they were able to find one in my price range and how fast if was installed! I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them for your appliance needs

Hank's Appliances sold me two faulty washers in a row. After the first one broke, they would only replace it if we paid an installation fee (though we were initially told installation was included). Two days after they installed the new washer, the drain hose came detached from the back of the washer and flooded my apartment and my neighbor's. As it was a Sunday, Hank's was unreachable. The following day, they didn't bother to return our message. When my husband finally reached Hank, he was unapologetic and wouldn't send somebody out for repair until that evening. As might be expected, we are now dealing with the massive clean-up involved. Hank's has now claimed that the flooding was our fault, though they did the installation.

Do not buy your appliances here. They will not take responsibility for improper installation/faulty equipment.
