Customer for life:
I wanted to take a little time out of my day today to write about Hansons customer service. One of their sales reps (Jeffrey Kelly) left my home not more than 15 minutes ago after meeting me to give me an estimate on window replacement. I felt compelled to write this because I was simply blown away by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness shown to me by this sales rep. I am a new customer to Hansons, and I can't express how refreshing it is to see such a level of professionalism and concern for even such a minor customer as myself. I bought this house ~4 years ago and have been rebuilding it from the ground up. One major issue we needed to resolve on the house was window replacement (the only job to date that I have decided to contract out rather than tackle on my own), and I have had some pretty terrible experiences with other major companies in the construction field even with something as simple as an estimate and a quote for window replacement. In my line of work I am heavily involved in presenting a professional attitude and exceptional customer service to our clients, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that Jeff not only represented the company in the most professional manner possible, but also had an extremely competent knowledge of their products (the demonstrations were superb). I know it seems like a little thing to be professional and courteous, but it makes all the difference in the world. I just wanted to say that Hansons has a customer for life - and I haven't even had the product installed yet.

Love them!:
I was most satisfied with the professionalism of the installers from 1-800-Hansons. We did not find any nails or trash laying around when they left.
We received three estimates from other companies and we chose 1-800-Hansons because they offered us the product with the best quality and the best guarantee.
We wanted something that fit our budget but addressed what was needed on the house. They helped us find a solution.

Happy customer from Toledo!!:
The representative that came to our house in Maumee was really good. He actually showed us everything, and answered all of our questions. He seemed like he knew a lot about windows, and showed us that they wouldn't break. We have not had any problems. The windows look good and they arrived early. We did consider having Wallside do the windows. We heard that Hansons did a good job, so we called them, and I liked what he showed me better than what Wallside had to offer. I was just very pleased with the way everything went. A happy customer from the Toledo area!

I am a previous customer of Hansons with a good history with the company.
I was very pleased with my installation crew because they did a great job! Todd, Rainn, and Tim were wonderful guys who make a great team and work incredibly fast. Keep this team together! I was a little concerned about the colors I selected for my home but Hansons had the perfect color and everyone compliments on how great it looks. Very happy customer in Toledo!
