24/7 Emergency Service?:
I can't rate their work but customer service is excellent!
We had been without water all of Friday evening and night. On Saturday morning we had contacted the plumber we ordinarily use but had to leave a message. After two hours we contacted Harding Plumbing & Heating because they advertise 24/7 emergency service. The person answering the phone was excellent. She took the particulars of our problem and said she would contact their crews for an estimate of when they could fix it. Within a few minutes she called back and indicated they could not address our problem until the end of the following week. This seemed like an excessive period of time for a business advertising 24/7 emergency service so we went elsewhere.
