Great Special Ed Lawyer:
Our child struggled in kindergarten and was even held back in 5k. We hired Mr. Harley and he's been our attorney since. Our child is in the sixth grade now. Mr. Harley ibtained outside evaluations and obtained exactly what our speech and language and private psychologist he hired recommended. We include Mr. Harley in all our IEP meetings and he checks in on us a couple of times of month. We avoided a hearing and further disagreement with Charleston Schools.

Great Education Lawyer:
Our child was up for expulsion. It was for what the school considered a dangerous weapon. Mr. Harle successful stopped the expulsion and child returned to school. He was personable and met with us in order to understand all the facts. He thought of options we never considered and we won our appeal. His fees were very reasonable to.

Beware of this Master of Excuses.:
I was Mr. Harleys client for 2 months. During that time he did absolutely nothing to advance my case. Ne made many promises, then for 2 months he provided me with numerous excuses to why he hasn't been fulfilling his promises. Then he vanished. I got in contact with another 2 of his clients. All 3 of us were treated in the same manner: promises and excuses, no action. I terminated my relationship with Mr. Harley for inaction on my case. He charged me for something without even providing an invoice for the charges. SC Bar Fee Dispute investigator ordered him to return 100% of my retainer. Beware of this person. He has multiple PO Boxes that he calls his "office", he doesn't have a web site. He told me that he has a paralegal, but as it turned out he didn't at that time. Double check this person before you give him a dime.
