The Harmony House Inn, built in 1853 by turpentine merchant Benjamin Ellis, features eight spacious guest rooms, all with on-suite bathrooms. Additionally, the Inn offers an attractive dining room and comfortable parlor, a cozy reading nook, game corner and upstairs conversation area. A full width front porch welcomes visitors to the door.

Wine and cheese are served in the evening. This historic 8,000-square-foot home has a curious past—at one point, two brothers sawed the house in half to install a large Victorian staircase, making the house 9 feet wider.
