A very GOOD EXPERIENCE. I took my 2002 BMW convertible to Havlick's to have some rear bumper damage. My daughter had been rear ended by an inattentive driver. I was reluctant to take it here because of some of what I'd read online. But my regular shop refused to work with the other guys insurance company so I didn't have much choice. I can truthfully say that I was impressed. The work was flawless and it was done on time the FIRST time. Equally important these folks butted heads when the insurance folks balked at replacing rather than repairing the bumper . . . and they got me a new bumper. These folks do good work.
A suggestion. If you have concerns about how you may be treated. Let the company know upfront that you[ll be posting a review after the job is done.

The worst experience ever!:
The worst experience ever! My car had only $2500 in damage with an estimate of 7-8 days to repair. It took over a month to return my car with Havlicks outright lying on several occasions, such as reporting that my car was held up at the dealer getting repairs when, in reality, the dealer had returned the car to Havlicks several days earlier. Stay away or increase the limits on your rental car coverage- you're going to need it!
