Back at the end of January I bought 4 new tires for my daughters AWD SUV, I had Hawk Fame & Axle do an alignment on the vehicle. Well 6 months later the back tires were completely bald on the inside of the tires (Wire was showing) my receipt said they did a front end aliment, so one of their employee says they never did a rear aliment & another employee says they always do all 4 tires ???? They refused to take ownership of their mistake thus costing me $336.48 for two new tires.
Then to top it off I was driving home after they installed the new tires, I was one mile down the road and the back tire came off, they never tighten the lugs on the one rear tire! Luckily no one was hurt!
