Feeling Better Than Ever:

Dr. Rizzo introduced me to Nutritional Foundation in 2010 along with a monitored exercises plan. Working the graveyard caused sere disruption to my sleep patterns and of course energy level. Utilizing the Nutritional Foundation plan that Dr. Rizzo provided I not only had an increase in energy but found myself in the process of shedding 43 pounds. Daily walking of 30 minutes, not eating after 7pm, and my daily regiment of Nutritional Foundation gave me the boost I needed. I unfortunately stopped during a period but have recently restarted my nutritional program and exercise and again feel better than ever.
