went to Mass Audiology - This office does not have licensed audiologist. Joanne Gillespie-Rapa is not a Board-certified audiologist. She is a "Hearing Consultant". She was was unable to demo the proper hearing aid for my hearing loss. I gave her time to consult with her resources, made an appointment 2 weeks later; When I showed up at my second meeting with Joanne, I was advised after I showed up that the audiologist was unable to accommodate my degree of hearing loss and refereed me to another audiologist. A simple phone call, instead of an office visit would have been more suitable. After I ended the meeting, Joanne wanted me to return after I found a suitable hearing aid so they can be educated on how to better serve people with a specific hearing loss. Do not waste your time with this office. They are not qualified.
