Information from the business

The Heartland Café makes many of its food items from scratch – from its salad dressings and beer mustard, to its meatloaf and mac-n-cheese. With the Café as a “doorway to the public” in introducing items such as our breakfast sausage and beer mustard, we hope to one day grow our business to offer fresh made sausage available through farmers markets, grocery stores and beyond.
