Heatcraft Heating & Cooling was founded in 1949 by Lowell R. Lindquist. His son, Bob, joined him in 1968, subsequently taking over the business in 1978. In March 2022 Heatcraft joined forces with Expert Heating & Cooling, a leading HVAC company prominent in Southeast Michigan. Heatcraft has worked for many prominent homeowners and builders in Grosse Pointe throughout the years and currently has a 30+ year relationship with The Blake Company.
