Heritage Optical Center was founded in 2011. Heritage Optical Center specializes in Optical Goods Stores.

This the most unprofessional business on the planet. I ordere glasses from them on August 31, 2010. Here it is almost November and still I do not have my glasses. Called to complain about ther inefficient service and was told the manager was too busy to speak with me. Said someone had notified me on the 12 of October....NOT! No one called...and I am still waiting on that call from the manager and I still don't have my glasses. If you've got a choice.GO SOMEPLAQCE ELSE!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! In the office, they make you sit around and wait for hours on end for service while they continually chit chat among themselves and publicly eat on snacks. It's disgusting the way clients are treated here. Whoever owns this business needs to take a look at the people being hired to run the business because they are not doing the job.

I was there for three hours, the sales person didn't deduct my optical discount which cause the time to be extended. I was told my perscription would be ready in 5 to 7 days. On the tenth day I called to inquire. I was placed on hold for ten minutes, then told I would receive a return phone call. After one hour I called back and was told they had contacted the manufacturer of my contacts and the right eye was on back order. I asked why they had waited until the tenth day to contact other manufacturers and was informed they had not thought about it. This place has the worst optical service I hacve experienced in 17 years with corrective vision.
