Horrible!!!:
I would give multiple 0 stars if I could.

I brought in my 10 week Great Dane puppy that recently had his ears cropped to get rebandaged. The doctor not only taped and bandaged his WHOLE head, but the ears were sticking sideways instead of UP. When I called the doctor to complain, he was extremely rude and told me if I didn't like it that I could do it myself. Not to mention not acknowledging there was anything wrong! To make matters worse, they fraudulently charged my credit card after complaining and telling them we wanted a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

If I could post pictures of the poor puppy, you would never want to bring you pet in here again.

Do yourself a favor and find a vet that KNOWS what he is doing and CARES for pets AND their owners enough to complete his job with TACT and RESPECT for his profession!!!!!

Wouldn't touch these guys w/ a 10ft pole:
I recently picked up a foster dog that was sent to Hermosa for a dental. When I got there to pick him up, they decided to give him a "bath" since he was still covered in blood from his extractions. Well when I finally got him, he was still soaking wet, and covered in blood. It looked like all they did was put in a tub, hose him down, then not even bother to try drying him. They finally gave me his antibiotics, and told me a dose of tramadol to give him. Now, fortunately, I work for another vet clinic, as well as have other resources for finding out correct dosing of meds, and I found out that the dose of tramadol they told me to give him wasn't even 1/3 of what he could get, and that the antibiotics they gave him was at too low of a dose as well. The next day, I took him to work with me, and have the drs there take a look at him and come to find out there are still teeth that NEED to be extracted and that there is still plaque on his teeth and, to top it off, 48 hours after his dental, the poor boy was still bleeding from his gums! I later found out, that they squeezed him in, and didn't really have the time to dedicate to him that they should have. So now, a senior dog, has to go under anesthesia again for yet another dental before his mouth will be totally healed.

Great Veterinarians!!:
Very busy clinic, but the wait was well worth it. I had been to several different vets trying to find a resonable place to have my dogs ACL repaired. Not only was the doctor very friendly, but he gave me an honest price. Its been several weeks since my dogs surgery and hes doing great. If you need a great doc for ACL go see Dr. Cloutier at Hermosa!!!
