RB Pilates is a Hermosa Beach based pilates studio specializing in individual and group instruction for pilates and TRX suspension training. Sessions are sold in packages for individual, dual and group training and require a basic familiarity with pilates equipment. Students that are not familiar with the gear are asked to arrange for a private lesson to catch up before joining a group class.
